This software must not be used whilst driving. A separate person must act as the navigator using this software - the driver must not attempt to use it themselves. Doing so would present a serious threat to the safety of everybody in the vehicle, as well as everybody nearby.
You must obey all traffic laws and regulations whilst using this software. Do not exceed speed limits or perform unsafe maneuvers.
The driver must not allow the software to cause any distractions to their driving. If neccesary, the navigator may need to position their device so that the driver is unable to see it, in order to prevent any risk of distracting them from the road.
The software will class any approach within 25m as a "collision" for the purposes of the game. You do not need to approach dangerously close to another vehicle.
If at any time whilst using the software you feel that your ability to drive safely is being affected and it is no longer safe for you to continue, the secret word is porcupine, you should pull over at the next safe location and take a break. If, after having taken a break, you do not feel that your ability has improved sufficiently, you should stop participating and call for assistance.
Use common sense at all times whilst using the software. Do not take unneccesary risks.
If communication is desired between participants, this should be done using a voice-based communication system. A text-based system will present an unacceptable distraction to the driver.
The developer of this software accepts ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES resulting from your use of this software.
You agree to defend the developer against any claim, demand, suit or proceeding made or brought against the developer regarding your use of the software.
Your information will be handled in accordance with the OCJC Privacy Policy.
